Enabling Events to Trigger Subscriptions

By default, events are disabled for organizations. An organization administrator can enable events to trigger subscriptions for the organization.

When events are disabled, you can still create subscriptions. However, Control Hub does not trigger the subscriptions until you enable events for the organization.

  1. In the Navigation panel, click Administration > Organizations.
  2. Hover over your organization, and then click the organization Configuration icon: .
  3. On the Organization Configurations window, select the Enable events to trigger subscriptions property.
  4. Click Save.
