Enabling and Disabling Events to Trigger Subscriptions

By default, events are disabledenabled for organizations. An organization administrator can enabledisable events to trigger subscriptions for the organization.

When events are disabled, you can still create subscriptions. However, Control Hub does not trigger the subscriptions until you enable events for the organization.

  1. In the Navigation panel, click Administration > OrganizationsManage > My Organization.
  2. Hover over your organization, and then click the organization Configuration icon: .
  3. Click Advanced.
  4. On the Organization ConfigurationsConfiguration window, select the Enable events to trigger subscriptions property. Clear the property to disable events.
  5. Click Save.
